She served as CEO, President and Board Member for a global leader in performance-based consulting. Under her direction, the firm grew revenue and profits, expanded into new markets and developed the next generation of partners.
She spent the first fifteen years of her career at a Fortune 500 chemical company where she held a variety of sales and marketing positions in the company’s commodity and specialty chemical divisions. She rose through the ranks to run the Polyethylene Business. Hilary earned her B.S. and M.S. in Chemical Engineering from Clarkson University.
